Leila Amirsadeghi, CEO | MESH Management


With over 20 years working across entertainment, technology, marketing and event production, Leila brings extensive experience in multi-screen digital product development across web, mobile, AR/VR/MR/XR & OTT, as well as integrated marketing, with campaigns that include content, digital, social, print and experiential. Leila’s experience extends to venue management, event production and festival operations.

Leila is passionate about immersive tech and how it can be used for good from edutainment to accessibility. As a co-creator of The Unreal Garden, the first mass scale (40+ people) multiplayer AR experience integrating the physical, sound, projections, haptics and immersive augmented reality, she has been experimenting with the integration of digital-to-digital and digital-to-physical, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in mixed reality, and how technology can be used to bring us together in shared experiences that touch, move and inspire, and connect us to the magic in the world. Leila has been exploring how the tech can be used by Artists looking to create in new mediums and open art up to new audiences.

Having worked with some of the world’s largest brands, movie studios and startups, Leila uses her experience to consult with LBEs, museums, tech companies and brands on implementing and executing on their Experiential & XR strategies.
