Scott Montgomerie, CEO | Scope AR

Serial entrepreneur, Scott Montgomerie, has over 15 years of consumer software and AR experience that he brings to his roles of co-founder, CEO and CTO at Scope AR. In addition to managing day-to-day company operations, Scott is one of the true pioneers in the industrial AR space and passionate about how AR can help organizations achieve their goals quickly.

Scott is also a full-stack developer, in everything from iPhone games to Ruby-on-Rails corporate tools, and has experience founding and creating products and teams from the grassroots startup stage through to acquisition.

Throughout his career, Scott has aimed to make the world a better place by solving complex problems with transformative tech. He sees AR as having tremendous potential to simplify complex issues across industries. Scott graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing Science and is a published researcher in the field of Bioinformatics.
